Return policy 

-Please note that from the date of receiving the order, you have 15 days to request a return and send the package back by email or deliver it to the store.


-For in store pickup orders, the 15 day period starts from the date your order is processed and ready for pickup.


-All items must be returned in their original state: they must be free from wear, washing or alteration, and free from stains, tears, tears, hair, fur or perfume.


-The original label must still be attached to the project.


-Our store does not bear the cost of returns. The postage will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.


-We do not refund shipping fees, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.


-Regular priced products are eligible for refunds, store points, or exchanges. If you choose the store points option, you will receive a bonus of $5.


-Discounted items cannot be reimbursed, but are eligible for store points (without rewards) or exchange.


-Products marked as' Final Sale 'cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessories (excluding shoes, sunglasses, and veils), underwear (excluding bras), swimsuits, gift cards, and home decor are final sales.
